Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order or any part of it for a full refund.
You must register a return within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods to the retailer in accordance with their instructions without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after registering your return.
If you order products from other retailers, then you will follow each retailer’s return instructions separately.
To start the return process:
If the packaging contains return information, return the packaging directly to the retailer following those instructions. If you have the required details, you do not need to notify us that you wish to return your order.
Additional Information:
The returned goods must be in a saleable condition.
The returned goods must be unworn/unused with the original tags and packaging.
Goods should be packaged so that neither the goods nor the brand packaging (if applicable) are damaged during shipping. bonilladiaz.com and our retailers are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If you are returning all products from a particular retailer, we will refund your original shipping costs. Please note that if you upgrade to express delivery, we will only refund the standard courier charges.

If the returned item is being shipped internationally, please mark it as “returned merchandise” to avoid any customs charges when the retailer receives the return.
If the returned order does not meet these conditions, your return may be refused and returned to you, or a reduced refund may be provided.
Damaged or defective goods
The most common solutions to problems related to damaged or defective goods are:
The retailer can offer a replacement product.
The retailer may offer a discount to keep the goods less damaged.
If the retailer cannot replace the item, and you do not wish to accept the discount, you may cancel the order and return the goods for a full refund. Some retailers may offer to collect the goods. Some retailers will provide you with a free return label for this purpose. However, if the retailer cannot collect the item or provide a free return label, they will refund the reasonable cost of the return when you provide a copy of your return receipt.
Refusing Delivery
If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (goods where the product or packaging does not appear damaged or defective), the retailer may deduct any fees or charges incurred for refusing the packaging from your refund for the goods. The same applies if tracking shows that delivery has been attempted and the item is awaiting collection from a postal depot and the item is not collected and returned to sender.
Refunds
The retailer will refund you within 14 days of the return.
If the retailer offers to collect the goods, you will be refunded within 14 days of cancelling the contract.
You will receive an email once the product arrives at the retailer and the return is accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method originally used to purchase the goods. Some bank transfer payment types such as Multibanco cannot be refunded, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds usually take 1-5 business days to appear in your account depending on the payment method used.
